License & Purchase Terms and Agreement
PICTUREBEES.com (website address https://picturebees.com) sells photography images for download, royalty free. By using and purchasing images on our site, you are automatically obliged to legally agree to and abide by the following license terms. All your purchases and downloads automatically fall under these license and purchase terms.

| Use downloaded image (or images) on unlimited physical products – use include but not limited to printed advertisement, magazines, newspapers, album covers, leaflets, flyers, and other printed materials. | Identify a person or people in the images by name (or names) or in a way that is offensive, disrespectful or generally negative. |
| Use downloaded image (or images) without attribution or credit to PICTUREBEES. com. We do, however, appreciate when you give credit to PICTUREBEES.com, especially when you use image (or images) on digital or printed news sites. | To indicate or imply an endorsement of any product, a person or people, brand or brands, model or models, or political hate speech and racial and socio-economic discrimination on an image or images. |

| Prices Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, all prices are final. Buyer is responsible for any tax or government charges imposed upon the sale or transfer of the image (images). Buyer shall not have any right to set off any amounts due hereunder against any amounts which may become payable to Seller under any other agreement. |
| All Sales are Final PICTREBEES.com (seller) will not accept cancellation once an image has been purchased and downloaded without issue. Any purchase placed and received by buyer comes without any liability to seller. |
| Taxes PICTUREBEES.com collects no sale taxes. Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge that the buyer is required to pay to the government. |
